TRIO University will host a mandatory virtual Faculty Orientation for all instructional staff on January 7 OR January 8 at 7:00 PM EST (staff can select either day to attend). This orientation is designed to onboard faculty into the TRIO University academic model, instructional expectations, and learning management environment.
Participants will be introduced to TRIO U’s mission, colleges and pathways, course delivery standards, assessment and engagement expectations, and faculty support resources. The sessions will also provide an overview of instructional best practices for virtual learning, student-centered pedagogy, and alignment with TRIO program goals.
This live, interactive orientation will be held virtually and will ensure faculty are fully prepared to deliver high-quality, equitable, and impactful learning experiences across all TRIO University pathways.
